[hud/interface] can't see enemies' exact mana bug

At the beginning of the game, everything is normal when I click on a champion (here). After I click on a minion so the stats show on the top left (next), when I click back onto a champion I can't see their exact mana value anymore (finally). I can't find any way to fix this while in game and when the game ends, the next game will start normally and if i click on the minion the same thing will happen. I am able to replicate this 100% of the time in practice tool, and this has also happened to me many times in real games.

its not enemies only its allies also and it sucks when you see a ryze with a sliver of mana and yet he can go through 8 rotations because he apparently had all the mana in the universe

This was supposed to be fixed this patch, but it isn't. I asked support because I had the issue.
