/Remake bugg

I started a ranked game at ENUE because i want both my euw and eune acc to be gold before next season. But in the game we had 2 players that diden't join so we all tryd to Remake but we could not do it. even 5 min in game we coulden't remake, well both of them cam back 5 and 7 min in game. but then it was alredy lost whit 5 lvl advantage and 40+ cs lead. so we lost the game and we lost LP because if that.
