[CRASH] wouldn't allow me to lock in, then crashed

I was going to play a normal draft game, and right after I banned everything for the game froze. Then a thing popped up, saying it wasn't responding. I quickly logged back in after making sure it was closed and tried to hurry into the champion select. I couldn't see any champions or masteries, and then it banned me from the queue for five minutes. It popped up saying something about dodging a game when it wasn't my fault at all.
