pls help me with this error

lol is not working on me. i took a day to try to fix it and nothing worked. it just says the thing over and over again. This is driving me nuts. It doesn't even say that the password is right or wrong,it just says it cant connect. SOMEBODY HELP PLS!!!!!!!!!!!
