Game freezes

I can log in just fine but as soon as I get into a game, within the fist second, the game freezes and starts to make a sound like a buzz saw. I can not alt tab or take any other action to get out other then powering down my computer. I have no idea as to the cause and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game to no avail.

That sound typically accompanies the crashing of your computer, not the game.
