Weird glitch

well i was in the store going to buy orianna and i was saying up for awhile i guess always wanted to try new champs so i went to buy her and i was debating on her or kennen so i went to buy her and i hit buy with the 4800 ip and when i went in champ select i was like ok lets go 5 man party this will be fun then i could not find her so my friends like it might be glitched back out and join back went into another game got in champ select she was not there so i got the 6 min ban and went to my purchase history and it said i bought leona so i was like no what just happened got off lol got back on a hour later all mad and it still says i bought leona and i knew i was on orianna when i went to buy her is there any way i could get refunded or anything i hate leona shes on free rotation right now played her shes not my type of champ i want my bbg orianna.
