[GAMEPLAY] Luden's Echo doesn't activate on Ezreal Q

Trying out a ezreal ap build and got Luden's Echo, thought it would work well with his Q. Alas the charges don't expel when the Q hits.

Simply use Ezreal and then buy Luden's Echo, hit with Q.

Tried it in Co-op vs ai I noticed it didn't work, then tried it in a custom game to make sure.

If I recall, ezreal's Q isn't a normal spell, and doesnt apply spell effects.

Ez's Q applies sheen and lifesteal, so it isn't counted as a spell.

Ezreal's Q applies on-hit effects, and spells that apply on-hit effects cannot apply spell effects unless stated otherwise.
