Weird Client Problem Patch 7.16

Since the new Update I have had a really odd problem with my Client (the new one). It keeps giving me connection issues for no apparent reason, I can still acess the internet in the time it says im disconnecting. I am posting this here because im wondering if other people also have this problem/ found a fix for it.

Kinda the same problem. Client can't connect, so can't play or spectate -.-' But I can surf on the internet...

Ping is still 12 with 94 mb/s... No virusses, firewall is okay, still havent got a fix....
