Corki bug?

Now, I'm not sure if this was intentional or not, so you're free to call me out on it. Whether it was intentional or not, it's not really game breaking, just incredibly annoying.

In a recent game with a Corki, I was told that when he has his W, it will make a howl. Here's the thing: I was playing Jungle, and I was able to hear it from across the map, which would have been totally fine had the howling not gone off every 30 seconds.

Again, it's not game breaking, but it's pretty annoying and headache-inducing having to hear a siren howling every 30 seconds. I ended up having to mute my sound so that it would finally stop, which kind of sucks because I work a lot better on sound cues (like pings).

Is this intentional, or is this a bug that needs to be fixed?
