how come i cant earn medals now? its been 2 years since i dont earn medal for a champi? please help.

i am aware that i was not allowed to get it to due negativity. but recently they told me that i can now earn and stop being a negative player. believe me i was just trigerred before but now i am a positive player.

hopefully someone can help me, as even if i know i can earn S or S+ i cant earn them for some reason. help pls?
