Fizz/zed/elise Invulnerability bugged out?

I've noticed that while playing fizz/elise I get hit with abilities while in E I just died to tower shots while in E with elise. While I play fizz LB chain stays on me and damages me even though I E. I've also been taking tower shots while in fizz e too.
