Is Dreadnova Darius not available yet?

I've been saving my gemstones since I don't play Vayne or Annie - Sure enough my #1 main got a skin. :D

I have 10 gemstones and I can see the skin listed under Darius's profile - but the tool-tip doesn't have an option to get it?

Is this bugged, or has it not been released yet. Thought it might since God Fist lee is out
