Client Freezes at 0 seconds in champ selection

I have been getting this error for about a week now. I join up with friends and when I am queued by myself I have no problems. But when I queue with friend My client will freeze at 0 seconds in champ select causing me to dodge. This does not happen all the time but has been quite often in the last week. At first I thought it was Internet Connection Issues but have recently found out it is not. I am staying connected on skype and teamspeak throughout the champ selections even when I freeze. Have you tried running the game as administrator? Sometimes that fixes issues. Also, if you have Avast Antivirus, I know it has caused some significant issues because it quarantines some of League's files, and that could cause the issue.

I do not run avast antifirus, and I made sure my firewall is allowing everything of league. I have only recently had this problem since I came back to the USA from Japan. I will try running the game as an administrator though. Thanks for the tip <3
