Tryndamere Ultimate Bug

Just finished up a game as AP tryndamere top and throughout the game i consistently died while having my ult up. It only seemed to happen when Warwick ulted me, though i don't think it had anything to do with warwick but rather smite hitting through tryndamere ult. Caused me to die numerous times when i should have still been able to put out damage and is a major nerf for tryndamere if it is consistent with other junglers. Rito pls fix.
