Can't use emote anymore in game

Firstly, I had this bug in playing Aram, the emote box is empty when I am pressing T. However it didn't happen in summoner's rift last night, but after playing some games today, emote box became empty in summoner's rift as well. Emotes are still working in practice tool mode now. I have no idea why is that.

Same, been spamming aram 90% of my games cant use emotes

Been noticing unless you open and load your emotes before the game, you won't have access in game. [sg-zephyr]
