This is getting insane... (crashes and other annoying stuff)

Hi! You all know what is this about. You have heard a lot of stories that sound just like mine. I usually don't do this but now I have to. Today I wanted to play a ranked game with my friends. We joined champ select and everything was fine. When champ select ends,then usually the LoL logo appears and you connect to the game but today and many other times that didn't happen. Do you know what happened? NOTHING! Nothing appeared and I could only stare at my desktop. I checked my internet-fine,computer-fine,everything was ok but I couldn't recconect to that game anymore. My allies,logically,remaked and luckily I recconected at the game ending screen to see that I got banned. YEAH! Nothing you haven't heard before,right? But this is what really made me wright this. After painfully wasted 20 minutes I joined champ select. ALONE. We picked our champs just like the 1st game but now one guy "realized" he can't handle kata on mid so he quit. What happened to me? I had to wait that 20 mins again . And I still do.Riot pls,I get it that you can't fix everything but atleast make punishments easier or not automatical... Thank you! 7:11 on the screen ...
