Thunderlord's Decree game breaking bug [Gameplay]

Currently the Keystone Mastery Thunderlord's Decree has a huge gamebreaking bug in which if more than one person on the same team have that mastery, only one of them works throughout the game. I don't know which one works but I think it is whoever has higher pick order. This is soooo bad because it basically means the person(s) who can't use the mastery basically get shafted and they don't have a keystone mastery. I don't know how this bug isn't hotfixed yet.

How the hell did that make it to live? Damn it PBE and your moments of playing w/ new and shiny OP reworks and not stacking thunderlord's on a team.

Not hotfixed because 4xAD on every team means 2 Thunderlords on one team never happens.

It's actually happened to me in a couple games so far... and some of those games I lost out on many kills because the person limps away with barely any hp (which they wouldn't have had if my thunderlord's actually worked). item 3070

This is definitely a serious bug that needs to be fixed as soon as possible, but you shouldn't label it "game breaking". Game breaking would mean that the game is unplayable, either because something is so ridiculously OP that you can't fight against it, or because it glitches the game so hard that you can't meaningfully play it. Neither of those are the case here.

worst part is that riot seems to like to answer to non-bug posts about certain champ interactions with each other or taunts/quotes.. but doesn't seem to care enough to even answer about a bug that is actually game breaking.

Can confirm, this bug occurred in my last ranked game. Rather devastating for some burst mids, would love a fix when possible!

Doesn't happen only if two people on the same team has it. I think only one in every game can proc it, disregarding the teams. In my last games I had Thunderlord and an ENEMY had Thunderlord and, of course, both games mine didn't work while my enemies' did. :v

The ratios on it are also wrong. It's giving 20% AP and 10% AD. Although, it feels pretty balanced at the 20% AP, so I kind of hope they leave it like that (or it's a tooltip error).

Maybe if riot fixes the ping issues for European pbe users bugs like this will stop coming out that fast as pbe will be more productive and far more better on spotting them.

Wow, so I don't know whether or not it's been procing in my games (I'm just not incredibly observant) but now I'm not sure if the mastery is as bad as I thought it was, or if I just wasn't getting the extra damage :/. I'm so salty at rito for this patch.

its not fixed cause its a mastery for AP champs. thats why warlords is being fixed first isnt this patch to promote adc's. why would they change that focus by giving Ap champs something to celebrate.
