Can anyone send me LoL Client Render UX ?

So I always had this problem with this file called lol client render ux cause sometimes it takes up to 20% of my cpu so i would delete the file from the league of legends library and when i launch the client it always opens repair tool and downloads it and I'm back to normal but after the changes in patch 9,10 where they changed the files places in league of legends folder i tried to delete lol client render ux again but when i launch the client it just appears the lol icon then disappear again without showing the repair tool so can anyone send me the client render ux file its just a couple of mb so i can start league again?
