Locked account

Hello Riot . I want to report this bug , that my account in the EU east server is ''locked''. There was this ''Verify ur account'' pop up and after i did that the next day it didn't let me in at all. I have my EU east account on my phone but i cant access it in the game,or the web site. Can i have it back somehow? Its the same nick as this one just on the EUE .
