Although I don't have a picture of it, sometimes standing on a Rek'sai tunnel in your passive form makes him grey and his hammer appears out of nowhere

Nice catch! I was able to repro this with no issues. I'm talking to the team this morning about a fix. :) Thanks for the report!

EDIT: Looks like this was a quick fix - you should see this resolved with the next patch. :D
