Riot pls... give me back my skin shards :'c

so i had 3 skins on my loot & craft inventory: project Ekko, Project yi( the completed skin shard) and a legendary one that was the magnificent twisted fate.... after the project thingy ended i came back 2 play a agame and they werent there anymore :( im really sad and not feeling like playing lattely just because of this error pls Riot guys help me out this is so unfair... i hav images dat i hav sended 2 friends so i can show u evidence of wat i had :'(
