[GAMEPLAY] Kindred not getting a passive stack from scuttle crab

When you kill a marked scuttlecrab as kindred, you sometimes will not get the stack as you are supposed to. So far as I have tested, it only happens when you either kill it while being far away from it, or kiling it while it is far away from the middle of the river. There is no animation or anything, it is as if an enemy killed the scuttlecrab.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go in a game as Kindred
2. Wait for mark to appear on scuttle
3. Kill it while it is as far away from the middle of the river as possible

So far I've tried this 4 times (after that the mark refused to appear on scuttle again), and it happened 2/4 times. Both times were on topside scutlecrab, and while it was very close to the riverbush in mid lane, although I have seen it happen on the bottom scuttle in other games.
