Cannot reconnect when starting game, have resinstalled twice.

Just reinstalled LOL and this error came up. What do I do? I uninstalled and reinstalled 2 times. Always this. I get the """"RECONNECT""" button whenever I try to connect, but It does nothing when I click it. My team is always left with one short?! WHAT DO I DO?
