[Client] Low Priority Queue Timer resets

I know that I was AFK in a game, and got the LeaverBuster punishment. I don't really mind it as I know it was my mistake, but I have been queueing for my last LeaverBuster game, however, whenever I come back to check for the timer, I realized that the timer resets back to 20mins whenever it reaches more or less 7 minutes remaining. This prevents me from finding a queue and so I cant play a game to remove the ban.

Is there any possibility to fix this bug or at least remove the final LeaverBuster ban as that I would really want to play a game now but I am unable to queue for a single game?

This bug can be reproduced by simply waiting in the LeaverBuster queue whilst waiting for a game, the timer will reset automatically. This bug is common with other people
