Urgot Game-Breaking Ultimate Bug [GAMEPLAY]

Just played a ranked game, our team was Ryze, Varus, Jinx, Lulu, Maoki vs. Urgot, Velkoz, Draven, Blitzcrank, and Warwick. During the first teamfight we discovered that urgot's ultimate had a bug. it would fear the enemies surrounding his ultimate as intended, but for much longer that it is supposed to. Urgot's ultimate tooltip states the fear lasts for 1.5 seconds. My teammates who survived the fight were stuck in a feared position for about a full minute. Long enough for the enemy to respawn and take Baron. While stuck in the fear animation, my teammates appeared to be running in place, feared, uncontrollable until they eventually ran into a wall or other terrain (or just after 1 minute? not sure). Unfortunately I did not record the gameplay. Am going to try to replicate in a custom game.
