Have to Restart Computer

For three straight games now as of today, upon finishing a game, no matter the outcome, it wont close and no matter what i do, such as alt-tab and ctr-alt-delete, i cant return to my desktop computer. The only solution that has worked is to turn off my computer and then back on again. Its rather frustrating so please address this bug.
