[Gameplay] Gangplank Bug? Powder Kegs Not Connecting

Pretty self explanatory in the video and picture.

Whenever I put a barrel in that particular area (touching the wall in the bush) it can't seem to connect to barrels close to max range within the area towards mid lane (on the same side of the wall). It happened consistently and wasn't that hard to do (which isn't a good thing for a bug..). I tried it on the same bush/wall on the other side of mid lane but there were no problems.

(This might just be a bug on the Practice Tool as I've not tried it in an actual game.)
