possible bug, Summoner spell not found

I was playing a clash tournament as alistar, we invaded early and got first blood, I had to flash and q, knocked up 3 people. I killed 2 people and then I noticed right next to my relic shield was a blank summoner spell slot that said."Spell not found: tournamentSuddenDeathManager 26900" I'm not sure what this is stuck the whole game. the link for pics are here: https://imgur.com/a/KTnBt
