Permanent buff to ekko, so he is the same level as most champs late game. Want to one shot like mord

Want the game to be fair. know its a 5v5 but if I could just carry with the champ it would be great! Ekko is a weak champ only good in team play that doesnt happen in solo Que so please buff him alot. Change his mechanics because he is too weak thanks! I start games 2/0/4 and getting one shot by a 0/4 kaz who is 3 levels under me! needs a fix thanks!
