Tryndamere Ultimate bugged

Played a game as Tryndamere top and on multiple occasions his ultimate did not prevent death.

I am sure this is easily replicated.

Here is a video, of the bug, that somebody uploaded. Riot needs to disable Tryndamere until they fix this bug.
