While on the Pogo stick (E) I'm still been target able and have taken dmg from a few different champs, blitz and darius for example

With Blitz's e, he cannot miss it, so it will still hit untargetable champs, since it was slow and people were complaining about his ult stopping the use of his e. Do i think that it's bullshit and hope that they change it? Yes, but that would be really hard to code, so i think that they will keep it that way. At least for a while
