Client/Server

Joined a game, got thru champion select, but rather than loading the game client, the LoL Client just stayed on the "in a game" screen. Tried to restart the game, restart my computer, reset WiFi, but nothing worked until finally I got a loss reported for "leaver".

I was in my promos and got an auto loss because the LoL Client failed to launch the Game Client.

When the loss was finally tallied, after my team apparently surrendered due to afk, I rejoined LoL Client but it said I couldn't join a game, please log off and try again.

Yea same shit here pretty obnoxious to get an auto-loss for no apparent reason when game was working fine for me last patch.

Can we get some official word on this? It's clear some people are being affected who aren't using any 3rd party software.

This was happening to me previously when I tried to play on PBE but hadn't affected me on live till now.

Same thing literally just happened to me. Loaded perfectly, then...nothing. Game has yet to start, even after restarting League client.

This is likely related to the content described in this thread. I recommend reading through that thread and posting there.

Yeah this is kind of uncool. I literally try and use as few other applications as possible to make sure my game runs quickly as possible and now I am stuck on the loading screen forever. Was able to play fine last night, I don't have enough time to troubleshoot this like I otherwise might but I have no security programs running except Windows runs in the background.

Hey there,

It would be awesome if you could bring up "msinfo32" and export your results so that I can go over them.

You can do that by pressing Start+R (to open up the "Run" window), entering msinfo32, selecting the "System Summary" item in the left pane, navigating to "File", and then selecting "Export". You can name the file whatever you want.

It may take a few minutes to collect all your system information. When that's complete, upload the file to Drive, Dropbox, or your favorite file sharing website and share the link on the forums.

This'll help us try to figure out what's wrong.
