Can't Buy champions

League of legends errors

After the Hextech crafting system release i can no longer buy skins or even unlock perma skins or perma champs using the hextech crafting system.

When i try to buy a champ using IP i get the error message present in the first two pics. Also as you can see in the third image i somehow have negative RP yet yesterday i had that number but positive which is really confusing me too. Lastly when i try to perma unlock a champ or skin using the hextech system i get the unlocking failed msg present in the 4th image.

i get these errors when either i try to purchase a champ with ip or try to perma unlock a champ skin or a champ using the hextech system. As for the negative rp i got no idea yesterday it was fine and now i have negative rp.

If anyone else is having these issues or knows how to fix them please let me know thanks!

Bump, I have the same problem trying to unlock permanent items through the hextech crafting system. I've been digging around the wonderful world of the internet and haven't seen much in the way of help. I'll come back and post if I find anything that can help!

Agreed, my efforts have mostly turned up fruitless. Spent most the day looking, haven't found anyone else really having this problem. Not giving up though, maybe Riot will respond to the ticket I submitted soon.

I have this exact same problem, I bought 8 chest and opened them, soon after I couldn't buy any champions or perma that I got out of a chest. My rp is also negative but isn't what I had before.

I just looked at my purchases again, I only had 895 rp and somehow managed to get 8 chest w/ keys plus kalista on sale which in total is 2047 rp, I think that has something to do with how this glitch happened to me.
