Game is Out of Synch by 1 game. Rewards for prior match show after latest match

For months now my game is out of synch by 1 game.

Any rewards I get after a match completes - doesn't show after that match - it shows up on the complettion of the following match. ie. if I level up (you normally see the container which you open). well that screen showing that reward doesn't appear after my level up match. It appears after the completion of the NEXT match after I have already leveled up.

Not sure if its related to this issue - but in addition to the out of synch rewards - my game client tends to crash if I afk for a bit. Then it says it needs to rollback to prior patch. It re-downloads it again.... then its fineand logs me back in ok. ... but so it repeats... if I stay idle in the client for a while, it will then crash again eventually - then it needs to repatch again... etc/ doesn't crash if i just play game after game tho.. just if I go idle.
