PBE broken

so PBE is broken and it seems to be that there is atleast and afk per game per team and when i try to connect the error in the pic is shown . this has happened all games that i played on ARURF on it didn't happen to me till this game and i have a prem so i know that the enemy team has an afker. what im saying is Riot PLEASE FIX YOUR PBE AND GAME (ty) <3 note: i have a decent PC i run league at 200 FPS and it doesn't have to do with my internet a wooping 190 MBS https://gyazo.com/20764a337fb9b1334363011df1a436d8
