Fix karthus ult with cdr

Ult of karthus doesn't work with cooldown reduction after spawning. I use my ult instantly after dead, but it bugs with cdr and applies 0% cdr instead of the cdr you have. This frustated me alot. While having 40% at level 16 = 96 seconds cooldown. But ulting instantly after respawn it takes 0% cdr so 160 or 150 seconds. Fix this please im not buying cdr for nothing.
