Yi Q Bug

Not sure if this is WAI or not, but I did a jungle yi game today and every time I Q'd the wraiths, if I didn't have full vision of the camp, it would only proc damage on the wraiths I had vision of at the time I activated my Q. I tried this on both Blue and Purple side wraith camps and had the same results each time.
