Fix starguardian lux's q hitbox

riot, startguardian lux's q is broken because the hit box is the farthest thing from accurate, it hits me when I'm right next to it. This has caused a lot of terrible game because in laning phase it catches me out when I try and dodge the q but the hitbox isn't accurate and it just hits me anyway causing her to full combo.

Hey g0dcat,

I took a lot at Star Guardian Lux's Light Binding and compared it to her base and the hitboxes are the same.

Lux is completely broken after that buff. Please, someone at Riot. http://champion.gg/champion/Lux/Middle 55.15% win rate with 12.46 pick rate is not normal at all. There is no counterplay except for dodging her Q. It even goes trough minions. Please do something.
