chat bug, rito please....

there's a bug on my chat, all of my messages appear under my friends messages, literally of all of them. basically all he types is above and then all I type is under, so I have to scroll up and see his replies, plus there's no sound when he replies, like the small beep or tilt(whatever you call it), I checked my options and the SFX was above medium. please help me out rito :(
