[CLIENT] Chat disappears in spectator mode when minimap is flipped

If you flip your minimap and move your chat it will then disappear in spectator mode.

1. Flip your minimap so it is in your bottom left corner
2. Move your chat from its original place
3. Go into spectator mode. Your chat should unavailable

In general, no matter where you move your chat it will appear on the exact same location in spectator mode. Sadly this seems to not work with flipped minimap. This also only occurs when you move your chat after flipping your map. If the chat stays in its original location it will be visible in spectator mode.
