[Client] RANK QUEUE CHAMPION SELECTION CHAT BOX

The auto scroll when a new message is summited on the chat box is not working, and you have to manually grab the bar to scroll it down. It's not just me having the issue, but everyone in the game that I have played with. The issue persists in new champion selections as well so it's not just some Queues.
