[GAMEPLAY] Snowday Singed Backing Sound Bug

When backing with snowday singed (possibly other skins) his backing animation sound is doubled and can be heard across the map and not locally.

1.Play Snowday singed. teleport back to base 2a.listen for the backing sound in different places on the map 2b.Listen closely and you can hear 2 backing animation sounds on top of each other.

I've seen this in at least 3 games that I've played.
