I cant buy runes?

I went into the new store and cant find the runes, when i click on the gameplay tab in the store it goes black. i dont know what to do, been a few days now and was hoping it was a small problem that got fixed but nothing. i tried looking up forums about it but nothing about this new bug. i need to buy runes for my champions.... (Patch 6.10) 5/25/2016
