I've recently bought the dragon slayer vayne chroma pack, and when ever i try to use it it never shows up in game. i would click the skin, then the color, and press select. but then in the loading screen and game it just shows the basic skin

The load screen should show the original Dragonslayer Vayne splash art. Chromas do not have unique artwork on the loading screen. The distinguishing factor on the loading screen is the name - it'll read 'Dragonslayer Vayne Chaos', as opposed to just 'Dragonslayer Vayne'.
Is the proper chroma showing up in game?
