In game network disconnect, NOT INTERNET ISSUE

Played two games, in second game started having CONSISTENT "network" issues. While I was waiting to be reconnected I tested my internet on the SAME PC and was getting 45-50 mbps download speed. This cause at least one team mate to report me AFK. Not sure if this has to do with the new rollout but this is bs.

BTW, PC not the issue. FX-8350 (4.0 Ghz), GTX 1060, 16gb RAM DDR3...

Is anyone else experiencing these issues?

I crashed twice with windows popup saying that the application has failed to load or whatever, and then loading screen would pop back up, i'd wait about not even 2-3 seconds and pop back in game. WTF RITO I LOST LP BECAUSE OF THIS
