Soraka Gameplay silence bug

Okay, above link is my gameplay as Soraka using equinox (E) spell talent silencing enemy jinx who has been ulted by zilean, i placed silence under player and she could use her ability while silenced, also this bug has occured multiple different times. In same game this currently showing Zilean used Zhonya's hourglass and i used my (E) under him before just before timer is out and he could use his ultimate on himself. I'm not sure if it's intented to have frame of immunity during there special effects but i think thats a bug, spell that has silence should counter such methods. Also have had multiple summoner spells cast while inside Equinox silence effect, heals flashes barriers etc.
