[GAMEPLAY] Quinn - Autoattacks often don't set off Quinn's passive mark

On Quinn, many (75% or more) of my passive Harrier marks, as well as marks applied by Quinn's Q or E (less often for these), will not be triggered by autoattacks. The mark will be applied for often more than 2 seconds, and autoattacking the marked target will simply result in a normal autoattack being fired with the normal animation, normal damage and the mark will not be consumed.

As this is a completely random bug, it cannot be made to happen every single time, however it happens to me enough during general Quinn play in bot lane laning phase that there doesn't really need to be.

I am currently Mastery Rank 3 with Quinn, and have played at least 10 games with her, and this has happened every single game, with no exceptions.
