Bug with in game menus

About a week and a half ago my game started glitching badly whenever I would open an in-game menu. It didn't matter if it was the settings menu, the surrender menu, or the shop menu, it would bug out.

The bug took the form of big brown boxes and shapes that covered up everything on the screen except the outer portion of my screen. Sometimes I can make them go away when I clicked on an object in my inventory but even if it did go away there was a weird distortion at the edge of the menu like an after image. After I've clicked out of whatever menu is up everything works fine, but until then I have to navigate almost blind.

I've asked teammates about the problem and none have experienced it, so maybe it's just me or something. This is really annoying and I hope to find a solution ASAP.
