League of Legends Client Server Errors OP

I'd like to thank Riot for their amazing servers that just lost me 20 LP in Silver 1, on my way to Gold. You guys are the best friends a guy could have. In a lobby, the servers seemed to have crashed, denying me from picking a champion for 5 whole minutes before finally dodging the Q, while everything loaded normally, and I even watched a SivHD video while I waited.

I cant even connect again. I was able to do it yesterday afternoon. For the past 2-3 years I've never had a problem until this new patch came along.
