yeah i got that too only its written to reconnect to a game that i have finished and nothing happens when i do reconnect so yeah

Since they were doing live server maintenance http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/live-incident-breakdown-na/vVgXxfRQ-427-live-maintenance-possible-dcs-ranked-disabled it'll take a while for the server to catch up on all the "not-ended" games. Just wait it out.
